Age verification asks for your ID. We ask for nothing.

Online age-check rules are spreading fast, in the United Kingdom under the Online Safety Act and across roughly half of US states. The practical effect for an adult is the same everywhere: to keep using ordinary services you are asked to upload a passport or driving licence, submit a face scan, or hand over a card, to a third-party verification vendor you did not choose and cannot audit.

Black Cat VPN is the opposite design. No account, no email, no phone, no card, no KYC. You pay on-chain and the subscription link you get back is your access, so using us does not create one more copy of your identity somewhere.

$3/month, 5 devices, both protocols, every location, unlimited traffic.

No document ever leaves your device

We have no signup form, so there is no upload step, no selfie check and no card field. Nothing to store, nothing to leak.

No account to breach

There is no email address, password or customer record tied to your traffic. The payment is the identity, and it stays on-chain.

No logs on the nodes

The servers keep no connection or traffic logs. We hold no browsing history that could ever be matched back to a verified name.

Paid with crypto

Bitcoin, Monero, Zcash, Solana or USDC on Solana, from your own wallet. No bank, no card processor, no billing address.

What an age check actually collects

"Age verification" sounds like a yes/no question, but the methods behind it are identity methods:

Most sites do not run any of this themselves. They redirect you to a specialist verification vendor, so a company you have never heard of ends up holding the strongest identity document you own, alongside the fact that you were checked, when, and for which site.

The risk is the database, not the check

A single age check is a small event. A few hundred million age checks create long-lived identity databases in front of services that previously required no identity at all, and those databases become worth attacking. The pattern is already familiar from 2025: a third-party vendor used for age checks on a large chat platform was reported to have exposed government-ID photographs belonging to tens of thousands of users. The platform had not been breached. The verifier had.

That is the structural problem. Every new verification requirement adds another organisation, another retention policy, another subcontractor and another attack surface between you and a routine action online. You cannot inspect any of them, and you cannot withdraw a passport scan once it has been copied.

The measurable reaction has been huge. When the UK's rules took effect in July 2025, VPN demand in the UK rose by more than a thousand per cent within a day and kept climbing over the following days, and one large privacy provider reported roughly a 1,400% jump in UK signups. In US states that introduced similar requirements, providers recorded comparable spikes, over 1,100% in Florida and around 960% in Utah, within hours. Millions of adults looked at the trade and decided they did not want to file a copy of their ID to keep reading, watching or chatting.

To be clear: this page is for adults who want to protect their own identity documents. It is not advice for evading age limits, and a VPN does not perform, satisfy or replace any legal age check, nor does it override any site's terms. Our terms forbid unlawful use.

What a no-identity VPN changes, and what it does not

A VPN is a network tool. It encrypts the link between your device and an exit server, so your internet provider and the local network see an encrypted connection instead of the sites you reach, and the sites see the exit server's address instead of your home address. That is the whole mechanism. It is useful precisely because it is narrow.

What matters for this topic is who the VPN itself is. A provider that made you register with an email, verify a phone number and pay with a card has recreated exactly the database you were trying to avoid, one hop further back. Black Cat has no such record to begin with:

We do not claim it makes you anonymous. Your browser, your logged-in accounts and the sites themselves still know plenty. What we can honestly claim is narrower and more useful: buying and using Black Cat adds no new identity record anywhere, because we never asked for one.

Protocols that keep working on strict networks

Every subscription includes both of our protocols. VLESS-Reality makes the connection look like an ordinary HTTPS session to a real website, which is what gets it through deep-packet inspection on filtered networks. Hysteria2 is a fast QUIC/UDP transport with Salamander obfuscation and UDP port-hopping, which holds up on lossy mobile links and where single ports are blocked. Import the link into Hiddify, sing-box or Clash Meta on Android, iOS, Windows, macOS or Linux.

If you lose your subscription link: Solana payers sign in at /account with a wallet message, no private key leaves your device; Bitcoin and Zcash payers recover with the payment transaction id. Monero has no self-serve recovery, so keep your link safe.

FAQ

What do age-verification systems actually collect?
Depending on the method: a photo of a passport or driving licence, a selfie or video for face-based age estimation, a credit card check, or a mobile-operator or bank lookup. Most sites do not run the check themselves but redirect you to a third-party vendor, which then holds a copy of your identity documents.
Isn't the ID deleted straight after the check?
Many vendors say they delete the image, and some do. You cannot verify it from outside, retention rules differ by vendor and country, and logs, backups and fraud records often outlive the image. The safest document is the one you never upload.
Does a VPN remove the need for age verification?
No. A VPN changes which network your traffic exits from. It does not perform or satisfy any legal check and does not override a site's terms. This page is about adults who do not want their documents copied into more databases than necessary, and our terms forbid unlawful use.
What does Black Cat VPN ask me for?
Nothing. No account, no email, no phone, no card, no KYC. Pick a plan, pay on-chain in Bitcoin, Monero, Zcash, Solana or USDC on Solana, and the subscription link you receive is your access.
What do you keep about me?
There is no identity to keep. No account record, and no connection or traffic logs on the nodes. Because we never collect a document, there is no document to lose in a breach.
How do I get back in if I lose my link?
Solana payers sign a message with the wallet they paid from, no private key leaves the device. Bitcoin and Zcash payers use the payment transaction id. Monero has no self-serve recovery, so save your link.
How much does it cost?
$3/month for 5 devices, both protocols, every location and unlimited traffic. Yearly plans up to 25% cheaper.
