Both survive the deep-packet inspection that blocks ordinary VPNs. AmneziaWG, an obfuscated WireGuard, is also handed out from the subscription page for networks that throttle QUIC.

Servers are in Czechia, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Poland and the United States (California). More locations are on the way, and some may change over time. One subscription link covers every location, and new servers appear in your app automatically.
